We explore the intricacies of the close relationships many gay men have with straight women. Gregg, our host, and Jennifer Maddox have been close friends for over 35 years. Retracing the story of their relationship, beginning with high school when Jenny thought they were a couple, through Gregg’s coming out in college and Jenny’s adjustment, to first ventures to the gay bars and into the present day, they uncover and confront the painful and refreshing truths about the importance of their friendship. They also explore and dispel stereotypes placed on the gay man/straight woman relationship dynamic.
